What data we process and why

Communications: when you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is responding to your request and our legitimate interest in doing so.

Bookings: when you book, you enter your details in CoverManager's external module embedded on our website. That service applies its own terms and privacy policy. Batch Madrid SC receives the information relating to your booking (for example, your name, contact details, date, time and party size) in order to manage it and look after you. The legal basis is managing the booking you request.

Cookieless visit statistics: Lovable, our hosting platform, collects aggregated visit statistics without using cookies, based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website performs.

Analytics with your consent: only if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to understand how the website is used and where visits come from. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not currently use any marketing or personalised advertising tools.

Recipients and service providers

We rely on technology providers to run this website: Lovable (hosting and basic statistics), Cloudflare (security and website delivery), CoverManager (booking module), OpenStreetMap (map on the contact page) and, only with your consent, Google (analytics). We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, processing takes place under the safeguards provided for in data protection law and described in their respective privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: communications, for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up; booking information, for as long as needed to manage the booking. After that, data is kept restricted only for the periods required by law or needed to address potential liabilities.

Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of Google Analytics and deleted once it is no longer needed for statistical purposes.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by emailing batchmadrid@gmail.com. For requests concerning the details entered in the booking module, you may also contact CoverManager under its privacy policy.

You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
